Menswear · Footwear · Leather Goods — translating trend research and creative direction into seasonal collections that make it from sketch to shelf.
Every collection starts before the first sketch — with the customer, the category, and what the brand needs it to do.
I lead design and product development across menswear, footwear, and leather goods — building seasonal ranges from trend research and concept through tech packs, supplier negotiation, and production, into collections that hold up commercially and physically.
My work sits at the intersection of creative direction and operational execution: I build and mentor design teams, manage supplier and factory relationships across multiple regions, and partner closely with buying, planning, sourcing, and marketing to keep every launch on critical path.
